MFSLive Boot CD V1.1 can be downloaded from here.
Release on 03/09/2007
This is based on linux 2.6 kernel so it should have better hardware support than 2.4 based MFSLive Boot CD V1.0.
It uses initramfs as well.
Since it's a first cut based on kernel 2.6, it might not be stable so report all bugs.
